本文通过对水泥浆-集料界面过渡区的显微硬度测试,并辅之扫描电镜观察。探明了集料周围过渡区的分布状况,以及水灰比、集料粒径、集料间隔等因素对界面过渡区性能的影响。结果表明:(1)同一集料周围的界面过渡区不是均匀分布的;(2)水灰比对界面过渡区性质影响较大;(3)相邻集料界面效应圈之间存在着叠加作用,其叠加作用的程度随水灰比的减小而减弱,且随两集料之间距离的减小而增强。根据这些结果,本文对混凝土强度的“粒径效应”作出解释。
In this paper, the microhardness test of the transition zone of cement slurry-aggregate interface was performed, and assisted by scanning electron microscopy. The distribution of the transition zone around the aggregate, and the influence of factors such as water-cement ratio, aggregate particle size, and aggregate spacing on the performance of the interfacial transition zone were ascertained. The results show that: (1) The interfacial transition zone around the same aggregate is not uniformly distributed; (2) The water-cement ratio has a great influence on the properties of the interfacial transition zone; (3) There is an additive effect between the interfacial circle of adjacent aggregates. The degree of superimposition decreases with decreasing water-cement ratio, and increases with decreasing distance between the two aggregates. Based on these results, this paper explains the “particle size effect” of concrete strength.
