随着社会经济的快速发展,传统的人事管理已经不能满足现代企业经营发展的需要。因此,为了适应新时期的需求,就必须对企业人事管理制度进行创新改革。本文主要从人员选拔、晋升通道以及培养管理等方面来分析创新企业的人事管理机制的重要作用。
With the rapid development of social economy, the traditional personnel management can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprise management. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the new era, we must innovate the enterprise personnel management system.
