在社会主义市场经济条件下,由于多种原因,不少企业在市场竞争中处于停产、半停产状态。最近莱阳市劳动局对19户停产、半停产企业的5202名职工进行了调查,综观这些职工的心态,综合起来主要有“八盼”。一盼政府扶持,尽快走出困境。他们对企业有较深的感情,迫切希望政府在资金、人才等方面采取优惠政策,扶持停产、半停产企业走出低谷。二盼有个好厂长(经理),真心实意搞改革。他们期盼有一个德才兼备的厂长(经理),大刀阔斧搞改革,转换经营机制,救活企业。
Under the conditions of a socialist market economy, many enterprises are in a state of production suspension and semi-suspension in market competition for many reasons. Recently, Laiyang Labor Bureau investigated 5,202 employees of 19 discontinued and semi-decommissioned enterprises. Taking a comprehensive look at the mentality of these workers, there are mainly “eight expectations”. I look forward to the government support, as soon as possible out of the woods. They have deep feelings towards the enterprises and they urgently hope that the government will adopt preferential policies on capital and talents so as to support the enterprises that have stopped production and semi-stop production from going down. Two hope a good director (manager), sincerely engage in reform. They look forward to having a director (manager) with both ability and political integrity, boldly pursuing reforms, changing management mechanism and saving the enterprise.
