药害发生在1990年浙江省余杭县南湖农场的单季稻田,水稻品种为BG910(籼稻)。 (一)秧田及稻本田的主要栽培措施秧田面积2亩,播种量为50千克/亩,5月11日用402浸种。5月15日播种,底肥施尿素5千克/亩。播前用3%呋喃丹颗粒剂1.75千克/亩拌种。5月29日(水稻3叶1心期)施尿素7.5千克,并施50%杀草丹乳油250毫升/亩。6月5日喷25%杀虫双水剂50毫升/亩,6月11日施尿素7.5千克/亩,6月12日喷杀虫双75毫升/亩。6月14~15日插秧。6月17日下午每亩用5.3%丁西颗粒剂310克拌500克尿素撒施于田中。施药时田水3厘米左右,有一部分泥露出水面。施药后第二天因架高压线断水,5天以后才复水。施药后2~3天全田稻株黄化,出现不规则枯死,凡是泥露出水面的枯死厉害。药害重的7亩田产量仅80~90千克/亩。
