新课标指出语文的重要功能是工具性和人文性的统一。高中语文教学不仅要进行听、说、读、写的语文基本功训练,而且要进行人文情感的教育。在人文教育中审美教育则是不容忽视的重要内容。作为高中语文教师就应该充分发挥语文的审美教育功能,把审美教育渗入高中语文课堂教学的各个环节和各个方面中,学生在潜移默化中得到审美教育的熏陶。在语文教学中要力争发挥本学科的特长——德育功能和审美教育,对学生进行审美思想教育。根据多年的教学情况谈谈这一方面的感触。
