目的 :观察喉咽清 (HYQ)含片的解热镇痛和抗炎作用。方法 :通过制作高热模型、急性和慢性非特异性炎症模型及疼痛模型 ,观察HYQ含片对发热、炎症及疼痛的影响。结果 :HYQ含片能降低致热家兔的体温 ;能抑制大鼠足跖肿胀和肉芽肿的生成及减少致痛小鼠的扭体次数。结论 :HYQ含片具有明确的解热、镇痛和抗炎作用。
Objective : To observe the antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of HYQ lozenges. METHODS: The effects of HYQ tablets on fever, inflammation and pain were investigated by making hyperthermia models, acute and chronic nonspecific inflammation models and pain models. RESULTS: HYQ tablets could reduce the body temperature of rabbits with fever, and could inhibit the development of paw engorgement and granuloma in rats and reduce the number of writhings in pain-induced mice. Conclusion: HYQ lozenges have clear antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
