随着信息技术和网络技术的发展,电子文档在工作中逐渐取代了纸质文档,随之而来的电子文件与电子档案的保护工作也日益受到了档案管理工作的高度重视。本文结合自身工作实际,从电子档案的特点出发,在载体、环境、维护、检测、病毒防护等方面对电子文件与电子档案保护措施进行探讨。
With the development of information technology and network technology, electronic documents gradually replace paper documents in their work. The ensuing protection of electronic files and electronic files is also increasingly valued by file management. Based on the actual work of the electronic file and the characteristics of the electronic file, this paper discusses the protection of electronic files and electronic files in terms of carrier, environment, maintenance, detection and virus protection.
