This paper introduces the damage of the axle gearbox and the tire breakage occurred during the operation of the railway transportation company of Jilin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. introduced by the V1003 diesel locomotive imported from Minde and the measures taken in the overhaul, and analyzes the causes of the fault.
