企业人力资源管理的信息化建设,是大数据时代背景下企业发展的需求,是企业发挥人才效益的基本策略。目前,我国企业财务管理的信息化建设仍处于初级阶段,对于该项目的重视度不足,人事部门职工的信息素质也有待提高,导致信息化建设受阻。在进行人力资源管理时,应进一步完善现有的信息化建设方案,根据自身发展实情,制定科学的财务管理信息化战略,加大企业财务管理信息技术的研发力度,提高企业员工的财务管理信息素质,提升企业财务管理信息化的应用价值。
