应用一种具有自主知识产权的被动控制装置——碟形弹簧三维隔震抗倾覆支座(3D-BIORD-DS)对一高层钢框架模型结构进行了隔离三向地震动激励的振动台试验。介绍了装置的设计原理和力学性能试验,试验结果表明:装置内置钢丝绳交错与否对装置的水平性能有较大影响;装置具有足够的竖向承载力。进行了模型结构振动台试验,考查了4条地震动作用下的结构反应。对试验结果的分析表明:不管是短周期地震动还是长周期地震动,装置都能够较好地减小结构的三向地震响应;但是结构的倾角反应较大,表明支座的竖向刚度应当进行更加合理的设计,以满足可使用性要求。
A three-dimensional seismic excitation-excited shaker test of a high-rise steel frame model structure was conducted by using 3D-BIORD-3D seismic isolation support with independent intellectual property. The design principle and mechanical performance test of the device are introduced. The test results show that the interlacing of the built-in wire rope has a great influence on the horizontal performance of the device. The device has enough vertical bearing capacity. The model structure shaking table test was carried out and the structural responses under four earthquake actions were examined. The analysis of the test results shows that the device can reduce the three-way seismic response of the structure better whether it is a short-period or a long-period ground motion, but the structure’s dip response is large, indicating that the vertical stiffness of the support should be Make a more rational design to meet the usability requirements.
