在新形势下,施工企业各方面都有所发展,思想政治工作也不例外。目前我国的施工企业思想政治工作存在的最大的问题就是实效性比较弱,虽然投入了大量的精力,但是效果并不明显,所以如何提高施工企业思想政治工作的时效性成为严重的重点问题。本文主要通过对新形势下施工企业思想政治工作特点的介绍,进而探讨了提高其实效性的措施,希望能够为施工企业思想政治工作的顺利开展提供有益的帮助。
Under the new situation, all aspects of construction enterprises have developed, ideological and political work is no exception. At present, the biggest problem that exists in the ideological and political work of construction enterprises in our country is that the actual effectiveness is rather weak. Although a lot of energy is put into practice, the effect is not obvious. Therefore, how to improve the timeliness of ideological and political work in construction enterprises becomes a serious problem. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of ideological and political work of construction enterprises in the new situation and then explores the measures to improve its actual effectiveness, hoping to provide helpful help for the smooth development of ideological and political work in construction enterprises.
