【摘要】目的:探讨麻醉后寒战发生的原因和其相应的治疗对策。方法:对我院全麻后的850例患者进行观察，其中有56例患者出现不同程度的寒战，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:麻醉后寒战的发生与患者的心理、个体、环境、术前情况和手术等都有关系，麻醉后寒战经非药物和药物治疗后，所有患者症状缓解。结论:预防麻醉后出现寒战反应要做好体温、室温护理，术中及时补液、注意病情变化，物理和药物治疗对其有效。
