目的:探讨右半结肠癌误诊为急性阑尾炎的原因。方法:回顾分析柳铁中心医院近10 a来收治的22例右半结肠癌误诊为急性阑尾炎的临床资料。结果:均行手术治疗,术后恢复好,无手术死亡。结论:外科医师对急性阑尾炎这一常见病要有足够重视,尤其是中老年人,做到询问病史详细,体检仔细,辅助检查及时,术中探查仔细,术后要随访,避免结肠癌的误诊和漏诊。
Objective: To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of right colon cancer as acute appendicitis. Methods: The clinical data of 22 patients with right colon cancer misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed in Liuzhou Central Hospital for the past 10 years. Results: All patients underwent surgical treatment and recovered well after operation without any surgical death. Conclusion: The surgeon should pay enough attention to this common disease of acute appendicitis, especially in the middle-aged and elderly people, so as to inquire detailed history, careful examination, timely auxiliary examination, intraoperative exploration carefully, postoperative follow-up to avoid misdiagnosis of colon cancer And missed diagnosis.
