目的:建立测定丁香柿蒂片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别人参皂苷和没食子酸;高效液相色谱测定丁香酚的含量,采用岛津LC-10ATVP型高效液相色谱仪,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(65∶40)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,理论塔板数按丁香酚峰计算不低于3 000。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照液无干扰;供试品中各组分出峰时间较合适,分离效果较好,而且各组分对应的峰面积和理论踏板数均较高,同时更能保证检测结果的真实性、准确性、重复性,阴性无干扰,专属性强。结论:该方法可用于丁香柿蒂片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for the determination of clove and persimmon tablets. Methods: Thin layer chromatography was used to identify ginsenosides and gallic acid. High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of eugenol. Shimadzu LC-10ATVP high performance liquid chromatograph was used and octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler. Methanol-water (65:40) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the theoretical plate number was not less than 3 000 calculated as eugenol peak. Results: In the chromatogram of the test sample, the spot with the same color was observed at the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the reference substance, and the negative control liquid had no interference; the peak time of each component in the test sample was appropriate and the separation effect was good. The corresponding peak area of the components and the number of theoretical pedals are all high. At the same time, the authenticity, accuracy, and repeatability of the test results are better guaranteed. Conclusion: This method can be used to control the quality of clove and stilbene tablets.
