向海外供货的电站大型汽轮机生产项目,在欧洲标准体系要求下进行原材料采购和加工制造。在项目实践中,客户对质量和项目流程的控制和要求很高。通过从技术、质量、进度、成本等方面定义项目执行过程中存在的重要风险,对实际项目进行风险识别,然后利用FMEA方法中的RPN风险顺序数方法对识别的风险进行排序,并针对风险较大的项目活动制定风险规避方法。
