随着异体肾移植术的广泛开展,自体肾移植术在临床治疗上也取得了满意的疗效。我院自1981年以来,施行肾体外手术4例,其中肾铸型结石1例,肾多发性结石2例,下段输尿管癌1例。现将我们在配合手术工作中的体会介绍如下:一、术前准备:(一)了解病情及手术步骤:熟悉病情,参加术前讨论,明确手术步骤和注意事项。(二)手术间消毒:为避免因手术间污染引起创口感染,使手术失败,术前一日以甲醛熏蒸法对手术间进行空气消毒,以来苏
With the extensive development of allogeneic kidney transplantation, autologous kidney transplantation has also achieved satisfactory results in clinical treatment. Our hospital since 1981, the implementation of renal surgery in 4 cases, including renal cast stone in 1 case, multiple renal calculi in 2 cases, lower ureteral carcinoma in 1 case.
