明星超生主要通过加入外国籍而实现,对此现象人们评价褒贬不一。本文从法律规避的角度剖析这一社会现象,说明明星超生是违法的,应该受到惩处,并提出相应的处理措施。
Star supermodel mainly through the addition of foreign nationality to achieve, the phenomenon of people evaluation mixed. This article analyzes the social phenomenon from the perspective of legal avoidance, which shows that it is illegal for superstar students to be punished and put forward corresponding measures.
