Enterprise human resources planning for the realization of corporate strategic objectives to provide human support and assurance, corporate strategic planning is an important part of the content. Based on this, the problems existing in the enterprise human resources planning are analyzed and the corresponding strategies are put forward to help enterprises to improve the level of human resources planning.
