目的通过对自动洗片机质量管理图的动态分析，了解其变化的原因，以便采取相应的修正，保证胶片冲洗质量的稳定性。方法取用量最大的胶片，用洗片机质量管理仪进行曝光和扫描，取得监控照片冲洗性能的本底灰雾、感度指数、对比度指数等3个参数，并绘制成周期动态管理图，再对4个月的连续监控管理图进行分析。结果（1）在严格按照管理程序控制下，以上3个参数均处于管理控制界限内，呈现为正常动态管理图。（2）洗片机监测管理图
