在促进国民经济发展的社会中,企业管理以财务管理为中心是当今新体制新经济形势的产物,是社会经济发展的客观必然结果。企业是追求经济效益的经济组织,除高度重视市场、重视产品的形象外,还要高度重视企业财务管理。财务管理在企业管理中起着重要的中心作用。本文通过对现代企业财务管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出几点改善措施。
In a society that promotes the development of the national economy, focusing on financial management in enterprise management is a product of the new economic situation in today’s new system and an objective and inevitable result of social and economic development. Enterprises are the economic organizations pursuing economic benefits. In addition to attaching great importance to the market and attaching importance to the image of the products, enterprises should attach great importance to the financial management of enterprises. Financial management plays an important central role in business management. This article analyzes the problems existing in the modern enterprise financial management and puts forward some improvement measures.
