目的:观察γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的抗肝纤维化作用。方法:用二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)腹腔注射诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,染毒开始及染毒后3周分别用IFN-γ预防和治疗肝纤维化,并与正常及染毒组比较,观察各组病理及肝纤维化程度。结果:γ-干扰素预防和治疗组肝纤维化程度明显小于染毒对照组,肝羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、血清透明质酸(HA)较染毒对照组明显降低。干扰素治疗组与预防组之间无显著差异。结论:γ-干扰素有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of interferon-γ (IFN-γ). Methods: The model of hepatic fibrosis induced by intraperitoneal injection of dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) was induced in rats. At the beginning of exposure and 3 weeks after exposure, IFN-γ was used to prevent and treat hepatic fibrosis. Compare, observe the pathology and liver fibrosis of each group. Results: The degree of hepatic fibrosis in the group of prevention and treatment of interferon - γ was significantly lower than that of the control group. The levels of Hyp, Hyaluronic acid (HA) were significantly lower than those of the control group. Interferon treatment group and prevention group no significant difference. Conclusion: γ-interferon has better anti-liver fibrosis.
