军队思想政治教育对话情境的创设,要以社会主义核心价值体系为导向,树立坚定信念、培育传统与履行使命相互渗透的理念;以推进教育内容的大众化为重点,夯实官兵参与对话的基础;以优化军营文化环境为关键,形成有利于对话实施的生活环境、舆论环境与人际环境相互融合的格局;以提高对话整体效益为目标,构建起传统方法、时代方法与特色方法相互促进的体系。
The ideological and political education dialogues in the army should be set up under the guidance of the socialist core value system, establish a firm belief and nurture the concept of mutual penetration of tradition and fulfillment of mission. Focusing on promoting the popularization of education content, consolidating the basis for officers and soldiers participating in the dialogue. Optimize the cultural environment of military camp as the key to form a pattern conducive to the implementation of dialogue living environment, public opinion and interpersonal environment integration; to improve the overall effectiveness of the dialogue as the goal, to build a traditional method, the method of the times and characteristics of mutual promotion system.
