报告肾、肾盂、膀胱及膀胱并发输尿管淀粉样病变4例，除1例行血液透析和血浆置换外，余均行手术治疗。结果1例死于肾衰，1例2次复发，另2例随访至今未见复发；4例中无一例癌变。并复习文献就其分类、病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行了讨论，认为本病缺乏特异性表现，确诊需依赖病理和特殊染色检查；临床上只要疑为本病，均应作常规免疫学检查；其治疗可根据病变部位和性质行手术治疗或药物保守治疗。
