目的:优选安神定志灵的最佳水提取工艺。方法:以复方中主药黄芩苷的含量为指标,UPLC测定指标成分含量,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察加水量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮次数(C)3个因素对其水提取工艺的影响。结果:水提工艺影响因素大小依次是A>B>C>D,确定安神定志灵颗粒的最佳水煎煮工艺条件为A1B2C1,即加8倍量水,每次1.0 h,煎煮2次。结论:该提取工艺稳定,可行。
Objective: To optimize the best water extraction process of Anshen Tingzhi Spirit. Methods: The content of baicalin in compound prescription was taken as index, and the content of index components was determined by UPLC. The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to study the effect of adding water (A), decocting time (B) Influence of Three Factors on Its Water Extraction Process. Results: The influencing factors of water extraction process were A> B> C> D. The optimal boiling conditions of Anshen Dingzhi Ling granules were A1B2C1, that is, adding 8 times the amount of water for 1.0 h, boiling 2 Times. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and feasible.
