事业单位主要指不以盈利为目的的机构,隶属于政府机关,可以有效的为国家公共事业的发展提供服务,是现代化社会在发展过程中不可缺少的一部分。事业单位的可持续发展可以有效的为社会提供福利,辅助社会文化、医疗、卫生等行业的发展。基于此,本文对事业单位绩效考核指标体系构建进行了简单的研究。
Institutions mainly refer to institutions that are not profitable and are subordinate to government agencies. They can effectively serve the development of state public utilities and are an indispensable part of the development of modern society. The sustainable development of public institutions can effectively provide benefits to the society and assist the development of social, cultural, medical and health industries. Based on this, this article makes a simple study on the establishment of performance appraisal index system in public institutions.
