肾脏是机体代谢排出氟最主要的脏器,同时也是氟中毒的靶器官,也是氟中毒非骨相系统研究的热点之一,但其损伤机制仍不明确。本研究通过复制氟中毒肾损伤大鼠模型,观察与氧化应激、钙离子代谢密切相关的两种蛋白UCP2、STC1表达及番茄红素对其影响,探讨番茄红素对氟中毒肾损伤从线粒体层面的保护作用,为进一步研究番茄红素对氟中毒大鼠肾抗氧化能力影响的分子机制提供科学的理论依据。1材料与方法
