目的探讨胸锁乳突肌瓣在腮腺良性肿瘤及浅叶或全叶切除术中的应用。方法20例腮腺良性肿瘤患者行腮腺良性肿瘤及浅叶或全叶切除术同期行胸锁乳突肌瓣转移修复。结果20例患者术区凹陷畸形不明显,无味觉出汗综合征出现。结论胸锁乳突肌瓣能够较好的减轻腮腺区术后凹陷畸形,预防味觉出汗综合征的出现。
Objective To investigate the application of sternocleidomastoid flap in the treatment of parotid benign tumor and shallow or total lobectomy. Methods Twenty patients with benign parotid gland tumor were treated with benign parotid tumor and shallow or total lobectomy for sternocleidomastoid flap transfer. Results In 20 cases, the dent deformity was not obvious and tasteless sweating syndrome appeared. Conclusion Sternocleidomastoid flap can relieve postoperative depression and deformity in parotid gland area and prevent the appearance of taste sweating syndrome.
