高职学制逐步从三年改为二年,这是一项系统工程。实施过程中,要明确“三改二”的主要方向,以发展中职后二年制高职为重点。针对发展中职后二年制高职所需要解决的问题,采取有效措施,包括对教育体系的部分结构、功能进行适当调整,从而推动高职学制改革,促进教育体系趋于更加完善。
Higher vocational education system gradually changed from three years to two years, this is a systematic project. In the process of implementation, we should make clear the main directions of “three changes and two changes” and focus on the development of two-year vocational post-secondary vocational education. In order to solve the problems that need to be solved in developing two-year vocational post-secondary vocational education, effective measures should be taken, including appropriate adjustments to part of the structure and functions of the education system, so as to promote the reform of the higher vocational education system and promote the education system to be more perfect.
