矽肺或煤汐肺病理与X线对比观察的研究,国人近十年来进行了大量工作,发表了很多有关这方面的研究资料。因此,本文不打算再作一般性的描述及统计。拟在我们总结19例煤矽肺病理与X线对比观察的基础上,选出经尸解病理检查有明确原因造成临床误诊的4例报告如下,供参考。
