[目的]探讨c-met和nm23-h1基因表达与结直肠癌淋巴结转移的关系及两者之间的相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化染色法对60例结直肠癌组织中c-met和nm23-h1基因表达强度进行检测。[结果]60例结直肠癌中c-met阳性49例(81.7%),nm23-h1阳性36例(60%);c-met阳性结直肠癌中nm23-h1阳性表达率(53.1%)明显低于c-met阴性结直肠癌(81.9%)(P<0.05)。c-met与nm23-h1表达呈负相关(r=-0.499,P<0.05)。c-met的表达与结直肠癌的组织学类型无关,与浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有关(P<0.05);nm23-h1的表达与淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有关(P<0.05),与结直肠癌的组织学类型、浆膜浸润无关。[结论]c-met和nm23-h1在结直肠癌中的表达呈负相关,c-met阳性表达和nm23-h1阴性表达提示肿瘤发生淋巴结转移的可能较大。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between c-met and nm23-h1 gene expression and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer and their relationship. [Method] The expression intensity of c-met and nm23-h1 genes in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. [Results] The positive rate of nm23-h1 positive expression in c-met positive colorectal cancer (53.1%) was significantly higher in 49 cases (81.7%) and nm23-h1 positive group (60% Lower than c-met negative colorectal cancer (81.9%) (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between c-met and nm23-h1 expression (r = -0.499, P <0.05). The expression of c-met had no correlation with the histological type of colorectal cancer, and was associated with serosal invasion, lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging (P <0.05). The expression of nm23-h1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage (P <0.05) Histological type of colorectal cancer, serosal invasion has nothing to do. [Conclusion] The expression of c-met and nm23-h1 in colorectal cancer is negatively correlated. The positive expression of c-met and the negative expression of nm23-h1 suggest that lymph node metastasis is more likely.
