在房价的组成中,其建造成本是相对稳定的,土地价格对房价的影响较大,但真正决定房价的应该是市场需求和宏观经济环境无论在北京、上海,还是在武汉,对于绝大多数老百姓来说,房价是太高了。普通工薪阶层即使拿出省吃俭用一辈子的积蓄,也远远不够买一套属于自己的住房。房价却仍在不断上涨,一旦超过大多数人的承受能力,需求量势必大幅减小。那么,高房价因何而来?
