本文介绍28例再生低下性贫血患儿在综合治疗条件下,做脾切除的近期和远期疗效。年龄4岁7个月～15岁,男10例,女18例。2例为先天性再生障碍性贫血,4例为先天性再生低下性贫血(单纯性红细胞生成障碍性贫血),均为慢性型。22例为获得性再生低下性贫血:7例为亚急型,15例为慢性型,22例中有1例为单纯性红细胞生成障碍。按病程分组:3～6个月者6例,6～12个月者13例,1年以上者5例,3年以上者4例。
This article describes the 28 cases of children with aplastic anemia in the comprehensive treatment of splenectomy in the short and long term effect. Age 4 years 7 months to 15 years old, 10 males and 18 females. 2 cases of congenital aplastic anemia, 4 cases of congenital aplastic anemia (simple erythroid aplastic anemia), are chronic type. Twenty-two of the 22 patients had acquired anemia with recurrent aplastic anemia: 7 were subacute and 15 were chronic, and 1 of 22 were erythropoietic. According to the duration of the disease group: 6 cases of 3 to 6 months, 6 to 12 months in 13 cases, more than 1 year in 5 cases, more than 3 years in 4 cases.
