近年来,我市广大专业技术人员立足本职、开拓进取、努力拼博、积极奉献,在全市经济、科技和社会发展各条战线上作出了重要贡献。为进一步营造有利于优秀人才成长、发挥带头作用的良好环境,奖励在我市改革开放和现代化建设事业中作出突出业绩的优秀人才,2015年12月6日,经市人民政府研究,决定给何云斌等81名同志(具体人员名单附后)发放市人民政府专项津贴,每人一次性发放津贴15000元,依法免征个人所得税。

In order to further create a favorable environment conducive to the growth of outstanding talents and play a leading role in rewarding outstanding talents who have made outstanding achievements in the reform, opening up and modernization drive in our city, on December 6, 2015, the Municipal People’s Government studied and decided to give He Yunbin 81 comrades (attached list of specific personnel) issued a special allowance of municipal people’s government, one-time payment of 15,000 yuan per person, according to the law exempt from personal income tax.
