目的分析对采用自体表皮移植术治疗的白癜风患者采取的有效护理方法及护理效果。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月本院皮肤科收治的白癜风患者94例作为研究对象,采用掷币法随机分为护理组与对照组,护理组给予全面护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组护理效果、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果护理组、对照组总有效率分别为93.62%、82.98%;护理组、对照组并发症发生率分别为4.26%、14.89%;护理组、对照组护理满意度评分分别为(92.3±2.8)分、(80.3±3.9)分;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理有助于提高自体表皮移植术治疗的白癜风患者的护理满意度及生活质量,优化了手术效率,降低了术后并发症。
Objective To analyze the effective nursing and nursing effects on patients with vitiligo treated with autologous epidermal grafting. Methods Ninety-four patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into nursing group and control group using toss-in method. The nursing group received full nursing and the control group received routine nursing. The effects of nursing, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were observed. Results The total effective rates of the nursing group and the control group were 93.62% and 82.98% respectively. The incidences of complications in the nursing group and the control group were 4.26% and 14.89%, respectively. The nursing satisfaction scores of the nursing group and the control group were (92.3 ± 2.8) Points, (80.3 ± 3.9) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can help to improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients with vitiligo treated with autologous epidermal grafting, optimize the operation efficiency and reduce the postoperative complications.
