干扰素(IFN)属于淋巴因子,由致敏淋巴细胞,巨噬细胞及病毒感染的宿主细胞产生。IFN有广谱抗病毒、抗肿瘤细胞增殖的作用,在临床上得到广泛应用。但随之发现IFN能抑制骨髓造血功能,再障患者能自发产生高水平的IFN。因此,IFN与再障发病机理的关系,引起了人们很大的兴趣,通过两者相互关系的研究,加深了对再障发病机理的认识。本文就近年来的有关资料作一简要综述。
Interferons (IFNs) are lymphokines that are produced by host cells infected with sensitized lymphocytes, macrophages, and viruses. IFN broad-spectrum anti-virus, anti-tumor cell proliferation, widely used in clinical practice. However, IFN was found to inhibit bone marrow hematopoietic function, aplastic anemia patients spontaneously produce high levels of IFN. Therefore, the relationship between IFN and the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia has aroused great interest in the relationship between the two, deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia. This article gives a brief overview of relevant information in recent years.
