目的观察吸入型糖皮质激素对咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗效果。方法对咳嗽变异性哮喘78例患者均使用糖皮质激素(普米克都保100μg,2次/d)吸入4周。结果72例症状明显缓解:用药后1周15例,2周22例,3周26例,4周9例,4例失访,5例用药4周仍有咳嗽症状,予以哮喘常规治疗,症状改善,1例为支气管内膜结核。结论糖皮质激素治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘取得较好疗效,而且早期诊断、早期治疗本病可以防治哮喘,保护肺功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of inhaled corticosteroids on cough variant asthma. Methods 78 patients with cough variant asthma were treated with glucocorticoid (100 μg of pramipexole, twice daily) for 4 weeks. Results The symptoms of 72 patients were relieved. Fifteen cases were followed up for one week, 22 cases for two weeks, 26 cases for three weeks, nine cases for four weeks and four cases were lost to follow-up. Five patients remained cough after four weeks of treatment. Improvement, 1 case of endobronchial tuberculosis. Conclusion Glucocorticoid treatment of cough variant asthma achieved good effect, and early diagnosis, early treatment of this disease can prevent and cure asthma, protect lung function.
