发展旅游尤其是低碳旅游无疑是地震后发挥阿坝州比较优势的战略性选择。但是,阿坝州在发展低碳旅游方面还任重道远。阿坝州发展低碳旅游,应着重在培育旅游者的低碳旅游观念,建立低碳旅游景区,推行节能减排技术,获取政府、旅游企业和社区居民支持以及加强低碳旅游研究几方面下功夫。
Developing tourism, especially low-carbon tourism, is undoubtedly a strategic choice to play a comparative advantage in Aba after the earthquake. However, Aba Prefecture still has a long way to go in developing low-carbon tourism. The development of low-carbon tourism in Aba should focus on cultivating tourists low-carbon tourism concepts, establishing low-carbon tourist attractions, promoting energy-saving emission reduction technologies, obtaining support from governments, tourism enterprises and community residents, and strengthening low-carbon tourism research .
