在对食品进行加工的过程中,产品在包装时会与食品包装机械的部件发生摩擦,润滑剂的使用已成为食品生产企业关注的食品安全危害控制点之一。介绍了食品级润滑剂的定义和分类,概述了国内外有关食品级润滑剂的监管制度和相关标准,并针对我国目前使用现状,提出了监管措施中存在的不足以及解决办法,以便于为食品加工企业与监管部门提供意见参考。
