保水剂对‘绿岭’核桃栽植成活及生长发育的影响

以一级‘绿岭’核桃嫁接苗为试材,研究了保水剂不同施用部位和保水剂不同施用剂量对核桃栽植成活和生长发育的影响,以期提高旱地核桃栽植成活率。结果表明:每株35g L型保水剂施于底部,分施于底部和中部以及分施于底部、中部、上部的核桃幼树栽植成活率分别为100%、100%、96.67%,XL型保水剂3种施用部位的栽植成活率均为100%,对照为90%,各处理的成活率均显著高于对照;在5月份,L型保水剂3种施用部位的核桃幼树单株新梢总生长量分别为29.11、30.65、24.12cm,XL型保水剂分别是29.14、23.80、30.43cm,对照为30.70cm;10月份时,L型保水剂3种施用部位的单株新梢总生长量分别为76.50、82.40、73.31cm,XL型分别为85.70、67.14、70.16cm,对照为87.14cm;在0~20cm土层中各类型根系总量以XL型保水剂分底部、中部、上部3个部位施入最多,为3.33条,20~40cm土层中以L型保水剂分底部、中部2个部位施入最多,为5.67条,对照分别为2.33、1.67条;L、XL型保水剂施用量为15、25、35g时核桃幼树成活率均为100%,施用量为45g时成活率分别为100%、96.67%,对照为93.33%,各处理的成活率均高于对照。在该试验范围内,5月份时,施用L型保水剂的核桃幼树单株新梢总生长量均随着施用量的增加而增加,XL型保水剂施用剂量达45g后单株新梢总生长量出现下降,到10月份时,XL型保水剂的单株新梢总生长量随着施用量的增加而下降;在0~20、20~40、40~60cm土层中各类型根系总量分别以施XL型保水剂45、35、15g最多,分别是5.67、5.33、1.33条,对照分别为2.33、1.67、1.00条;各处理在3个土层中根系均以直径<2mm的最多,直径2~5mm的最少;施用保水剂后,土壤含水量有所提高。 The first grade ’Luling’ walnut grafted seedlings were used as experimental materials to study the effect of different application sites of SAP on the survival and growth of walnut in order to improve the survival rate of walnut in dry land.
