对直读光谱仪检测铅基蓄电池板栅合金样品时，同一材料同一样品的检测结果所存在的差异和波动以及应如何控制和统一进行了研究探讨。笔者认为，如果能在不同的实验室，不同的操作者之间，在分析用标准样品及操作技术上取得统一和共识，这些差异和波动可望大为改观，而逐渐达到理想的效果。
When the direct reading spectrometer detects the lead-based battery grid alloy samples, the differences and fluctuations in the test results of the same sample from the same material and how to control and unify the test results are discussed. The author believes that if the different laboratories, different operators in the analysis of standard samples and operating techniques to achieve unity and consensus, these differences and fluctuations is expected to be greatly improved, and gradually achieve the desired effect.
