本文目的在于探讨采用计算机进行实时优化调度.用以取代传统的人工调度方法.本文着重研究生产作业控制系统的一些设计思想和方法:利用有限状态机原理,对由生产部门反馈回来的实际生产数据进行状态分析,并做出调整决策;利用模糊控制等方法,确定生产调整值;利用多目标规划法,优化生产作业方案,目前己实现了的生产作业控制系统是一个人-机系统.
The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of computer for real-time optimal scheduling to replace the traditional manual scheduling method.This paper focuses on the production operation control system, some of the design ideas and methods: the use of finite state machine principle, by the production department back to the actual production data Make status analysis, and make adjustment decision; use fuzzy control and other methods to determine the production adjustment value; use multi-objective programming method to optimize the production operation plan, the production control system that has been realized so far is a man-machine system.
