研究了东风选矿厂的生产布局和磨浮工艺,简述计算机管理系统的总体设计、设备配置和技术方案;各级硬件和软件结构及其功能,系统运行情况和工业试验结果。表明在东风萤石公司选矿厂采用国产微机和在线检测仪表设备组成的三级计算机控制管理系统是成功的,取得了提高精矿回收率1.14％、降低药剂消耗的显著效果。
The production layout and grinding and floating technology of Dongfeng Concentrator are studied. The overall design, equipment configuration and technical scheme of computer management system are briefly described. The hardware and software structure, its functions, system operation and industrial test results at all levels are summarized. It shows that the three-level computer control system composed of domestic microcomputer and on-line instrumentation equipment is successful at the dressing plant of Dongfeng fluorite Company. It has achieved the remarkable effect of improving the recovery rate of concentrate by 1.14% and reducing the consumption of medicament.
