根据欧盟现有活性成分的评估程序,到目前为止,欧盟对约1000个农药活性成分进行了评估,其中仅26%、即约250个活性成分获得了再登记。绝大部分现有活性成分(占67%)是由于没有递交登记资料、或没有完成登记资料、或被农药工业撤消等原因而遭到欧盟淘汰。约70个活性成分(占7%)未能通过评估,并已从市场撤消,因为这些产品对人类健康和环境不够安全。欧委会声称已经完成了评估工作,对个别活性成分的最终决定也已在2009年3月完成。至此,欧盟对庞大的现有活性成分的评估工作宣布结束。
According to the assessment procedure for the existing active ingredients in the EU, to date, the EU has evaluated about 1000 pesticide active ingredients, of which only 26%, ie about 250 active ingredients, are re-registered.
