4月初,见到神农架林区的黄兴隆局长时,他刚拖着疲惫的身子从下谷坪乡检查学校安全工作回来。从林区教育局所在的松柏镇到下谷坪乡,必须翻过海拔超过3000米、仍然冰天雪地的神农顶。黄局长只好绕道巴东县,转了个大弯才到下谷坪乡。“到一次下谷坪乡比上一趟武汉还要难。”黄兴隆在接受记者采访时,把奔波的辛劳隐藏在具有亲和力的言谈举止背后,围绕林区的教育公平问题侃侃而谈。
