本文通过测量感应器内的磁场分布和计算电磁压力,阐述了电磁铸造铸锭产生圆角过大缺陷的原因,研究了屏蔽罩和感应器结构对角形状的影响,得到了有意义的结果:(1)EMC铸锭圆角过大的原因是铸锭角部有磁场叠加现象;(2)增加屏罩角部厚度或降低其屏蔽位置可以改善角部磁场叠加现象;(3)增大角部感应器与铸锭的间隙可以有效地均衡磁场和电磁压力分布。
In this paper, by measuring the magnetic field distribution in the sensor and calculating the electromagnetic pressure, the reasons for the excessive rounding defect in the electromagnetic casting ingot are expounded. The influence of the shield and the diagonal shape of the inductor structure is studied, and the meaningful results are obtained. (1) EMC cast ingot corner is too large due to the magnetic field superimposed on the corner of the ingot; (2) to increase the thickness of the shield corner or reduce its shielding position can improve the corner magnetic field superimposed phenomenon; (3) increase the corner The gap between inductor and ingot can effectively balance magnetic field and electromagnetic pressure distribution.
