从火法炼铜烟灰的硫酸浸出贫铟溶液中,用P-204萃取回收了金属铟,纯度为98%。以络合物稳定性理论作指导,成功地选择了H_2SO_4+NaCl的混合溶液为洗杂剂,实现了铟和铋的良好分离,洗杂剂在流程中,实现了闭路循环。中型实验所采用的萃取设备,具有工业上的应用价值。P-204萃取回收铟的工艺,很好地适应了铜烟灰综合利用总流程的需要。
From pyrometallurgical soot leaching of indium-poor solution of sulfuric acid, with P-204 extraction of metal indium recovered with a purity of 98%. Guided by the theory of complex stability, the mixed solution of H 2 SO 4 + NaCl was successfully selected as the cleaning agent to achieve the good separation of indium and bismuth, and the closed-circuit cycle of the cleaning agent was realized. Medium-sized experiments using the extraction equipment, with industrial value. P-204 extraction of indium recovery process, well adapted to the overall process of copper soot comprehensive utilization needs.
