目的:探讨共同参与调控腰椎关节突与椎间盘的神经通路。方法家兔24只均分为三组:A、B组为预实验组,分别经腰椎关节突注射荧光素核黄(N Y )和快蓝(FB ),得出双标试剂轴突转运的时间;C组为双标实验组,经腰椎间盘注射FB 30 h后,经腰椎双侧关节突滑膜注射N Y。8 h后处死动物,取标本计数单、双标细胞并进行统计学分析。结果 C组在交感神经节、脊神经节(S G )和肠系膜下神经节(IMG)中均发现FB或NY单标神经细胞和双标神经细胞。SG和IMG中 FB标记的交感神经细胞数较NY标记的增多(P<0.01);IMG中单标或双标交感神经细胞较SG中增多(P<0.01)。SG和IMG中双标细胞分别占26.54%和21.83%。结论共同参与腰椎关节突和椎间盘神经调控的神经元有交感神经节及节后神经元、肠神经元和SG神经元三大神经元体系。“,”Objective To investigate the nerve pathways co‐participating in the regulation of lumbar facet joint and lumbar intervertebral disc .Methods A total of 24 rabbits was randomly and equally assigned into three groups .Group A was injected with nuclear yellow(NY) into the facet joints at L3‐L4 segments and group B was injected with fast blue(FB) into the L3‐L4 intervertebral discs . The optimum axonal transport time of the reagent was acquired according to the preliminary experiments in groups of A and B .Then FB was injected into L3‐L4 intervertebral discs and NY was also injected into the facet joints of the corresponding lumbar segments 30 hours later in group C .At eight hours after NY injection ,the rabbits were sacrificed and the specimens were obtained .The numbers of FB positive neurons ,NY positive neurons and FB/NY double‐labeled neurons were counted and statistically analyzed .Results FB positive neurons ,NY positive neurons and FB/NY double‐labeled neurons were observed in thoracic sympathetic ganglions ,lumbar sympathetic ganglions ,T12‐L5 dorsal root ganglions and inferior mesenteric ganglions in group C .FB positive neurons were significantly more than NY positive neurons in dorsal root ganglions and inferior mesenteric ganglions(P<0 .01) .The single‐labeled and double‐labeled sympathetic neurons in the inferior mesenteric ganglions were significantly more than those in the dorsal root ganglions (P<0 .01) .The positive rates of double‐labeled neurons were 26.54% and 21.83% in the dorsal root ganglions and inferior mesenteric ganglions ,respectively .Conclusion The neurons co‐participated in the neural regulation of lumbar facet joints and lumbar intervertebral discs include the sympathetic ganglions and postganglionic neurons ,intestinal neurons and dorsal root ganglions .
