奉新县仰山四级水电站工程在距投产发电预定日期35天前,第1台水轮发电机组设备才从四川省乐山市生产厂家运抵工地。如果按常规方法,先机组设备就位、粗调合格后,再进行厂房基坑二期混凝土浇捣,等待混凝土达到设计强度之后,对机组设备再作精调,试机运行。这个常规办法直线工期要50天,其中二期混凝土待干就需28天,它与县委县政府的电站投产发电日期相差甚远。
The Fengxian County Yangshan C-4 Hydropower Project arrived at the site from Leshan City, Sichuan Province, plant 35 days before the scheduled date of commissioning of the power generation. If, according to the conventional method, the first unit equipment is put in place and the rough adjustment is passed, then the second phase concrete pit of the factory building is poured and pounded. After the concrete reaches the designed strength, the unit is further refined and tested. This conventional approach to the straight-line duration to 50 days, of which two concrete to be dry on the need 28 days, it and the county government power plant commissioning date is far from.
