企业社会责任缺失对我国食品安全构成了重大威胁,而缺失风险的传导又使危害程度进一步扩大。本文在界定企业社会责任缺失风险内涵及分类的基础上,对供应链中企业社会责任缺失风险的传导机理进行了探讨,明确了风险的传导元素、规律及路径。最后提出要从风险传导的源头入手阻断风险传导路径,通过审慎选择合作伙伴,构筑信息交流平台及实现收益与成本对等的原则,多角度地对食品供应链中企业社会责任缺失风险进行控制。
The lack of corporate social responsibility poses a significant threat to China’s food safety. However, the lack of risk transmission has further increased the degree of harm. On the basis of defining the connotation and classification of the missing risk of corporate social responsibility, this paper discusses the transmission mechanism of the risk of lack of corporate social responsibility in the supply chain, and defines the elements, rules and paths of risk transmission. At last, it puts forward that we should start from the source of risk conduction to block the path of risk transmission and control the risk of lack of corporate social responsibility in the food supply chain from many angles through the principle of selecting partners carefully, building information exchange platform and realizing the reciprocity of income and cost .
