目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cysc)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和B型脑钠钛(BNP)对糖尿病患者病情监测的临床意义。方法 70例糖尿病患者根据是否有并发症分为无并发症组(39例)和伴并发症组(31例)。30例健康体检者作为对照组,测定其Cysc、HbA1c、BNP等生化指标,分析其测定结果之间的关系。结果糖尿病患者血清Cysc、HbA1c和BNP水平明显高于健康体检者(P<0.05),而伴有Cysc和BNP水平增高者其HbA1c水平更高,且三者与病情呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清Cysc、HbA1c和BNP对于糖尿病患者的病情监测具有重要的临床意义,通过联合监测Cysc、HbA1c和BNP可以很好监测糖尿病患者的病情严重程度,提前发现并延缓糖尿病并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum cystatin C (Cysc), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and type B brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in the monitoring of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 70 cases of diabetic patients were divided into non-complication group (39 cases) and complication group (31 cases) according to whether there was any complication or not. Thirty healthy subjects were taken as the control group, and their biochemical indexes such as Cysc, HbA1c and BNP were measured, and their relationship was analyzed. Results The serum levels of Cysc, HbA1c and BNP in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). HbA1c levels were higher in patients with diabetes mellitus than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum Cysc, HbA1c and BNP have important clinical significance in the monitoring of diabetic patients. Monitoring the severity of diabetes mellitus by combining monitoring Cysc, HbA1c and BNP can detect and delay the occurrence of diabetic complications in advance.
